Administrative Assistant
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Bigger Glass Company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This position reports directly to the Office Manager and plays a key role in keeping the office organized, responsive, and running efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys administrative work, values consistency, and is looking for a stable, long-term position in a supportive team environment. Glass industry experience is not required. We will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming office calls and assist customers in a professional manner
- Schedule measures and appointments using a shared Outlook calendar
- Track new and active jobs to ensure each step of the process is completed
- Follow up with customers regarding sent quotes or invoices and return voicemails as delegated
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and general office organization
- Run occasional office errands (mail, supplies, lunch, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative assistant or office support experience
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused phone demeanor with strong verbal communication skills
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Profficient in using email, calendars, and basic office software (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
- Organized, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- A team player who communicates well and supports others
- Someone who values stability and is seeking a long-term administrative support role

Position:
Residential Glazier
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40+ Hours)
Bigger Glass Company is seeking an experienced Residential Glazier to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position working primarily alongside our lead shower installer on high-end residential projects, with additional involvement in other residential glass installations as needed.
We are looking for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, values consistency, and is interested in long-term employment in a team-driven environment.
Pay is based on experience. A strong benefits package is offered after a 90-day probationary period.
Schedule & Location
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40+ hours)
- Location: Chapin, SC
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with and perform residential glass installations, including:
- Frameless and framed shower enclosures
- Mirrors, patio doors, and residential glass replacements
- Single-pane glass replacement (cut on site)
- Ride on the truck and work directly with the lead shower installer on daily jobs
- Safely handle, transport, and install glass products
- Caulk and finish installations to company quality standards
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with homeowners
- Follow and promote safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Maintain clean job sites, tools, and vehicles
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–5 years of residential glass experience (shower glass experience strongly preferred)
- Well-rounded knowledge of residential glass installations
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to lift and carry glass and materials up to 100 lbs
- Flexibility to work later when a job runs longer than expected
Licensing & Requirements
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license
- Must be insurable to drive a company vehicle (insurance approval required prior to hire)
- Ability to pass drug test, background check, and MVR
- Must provide own basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop
