Pay Range: Based on Experience

Hours Per Week: 7:00am to 4:00pm, M-F (40+ hours)

Bigger Glass Company is looking to hire an experienced Glazier to join our team!  Pay will be based upon experience.  Competitive benefits package will be offered after a 90-day probationary period.  Valid SC Driver’s License and your own reliable transportation to and from the shop are required. Approval by our insurance provider to drive company vehicles is required prior to hire. Key Responsibilities and Required Skillsets Include:

  • Follow and promote safe work practicesin accordance with OSHA regulations as well as CDC recommended guidelines to help reduce the spread of COVID-19
  • Ensure installation meets each customer’s satisfaction and is in line with Bigger Glass Company’s quality standards
  • Install shower doors (framed, frameless), patio doors, mirrors, single pane replacements (cut onsite), IG replacements
  • Cut glass (plate, laminated, mirrors)
  • Install light commercial storefront (including closers, sweeps, thresholds, panics, pivots, roton hinges)
  • Caulk (Shower Doors, Storefronts)
  • Ability to lift and carry items/glass up to 100 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work late if a job carries on longer than expected
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Glazier or comparable role preferred

Office Manager

Position: Office Manager

Pay Range: Salary Based on Experience

Hours Per Week: 8:00am to 5:00pm,M-F

Bigger Glass Company is looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! Pay will be based upon experience. Competitive benefits packages available. Key Responsibilities and Required Skillsets Include:

  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
  • Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence to and from the company
  • Create and send customer invoices and manage collections from company AR
  • Create and maintainfiling systems to assist with general office organization and workflows
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
  • Must be proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Office Manager is expected to be innovative with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as we are a rapidly growing business that constantly needs to implement, improve, and adjust procedures as we continue to expand.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Office Manager or similar role in the construction industry required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
