Bigger Glass Company was established in 2019 by Drew and Amanda Bigger with a focus on delivering high-quality glass and glazing solutions supported by strong operational structure and dependable service.

From the beginning, company leadership maintained direct involvement in both field execution and office operations. This hands-on approach helped establish clear workflows, efficient processes, and accountability across every phase of a project—from estimating and scheduling through installation and closeout.

As the company grew, Bigger Glass expanded its team, capabilities, and facilities to support increasingly complex commercial and residential projects. Today, the company operates with a skilled and continually growing workforce, serving clients throughout the Carolinas.

Bigger Glass remains a family-owned company with its founders actively involved in day-to-day operations. The company is built on excellent craftsmanship, clear communication, and disciplined business practices, delivering Bigger Quality and Better Service to every client and project.

Drew Bigger

President

Drew Bigger began his career in 2002 in a small, family-owned glass shop, where he developed a hands-on understanding of the glazing trade and a strong foundation in craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.

As President of Bigger Glass Company, Drew brings extensive experience across a wide range of glass and glazing applications, including commercial storefront systems, curtain wall installations, all-glass office partitions, and custom shower enclosures. His background includes estimating and project management for projects of varying size and complexity, providing a comprehensive perspective from pre-construction through final installation.

Drew holds a General Contractor’s License in Glass and Glazing in the state of South Carolina and takes a hands-on approach to overseeing projects. He works closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and within projected budgets.

Clear communication and strong working relationships are central to Drew’s leadership style. He values transparency, consistency, and accountability as essential components of successful projects and long-term partnerships.

Amanda Bigger

Vice President

Amanda Bigger serves as Vice President of Bigger Glass Company, providing oversight of operations, finance, contracts, and administrative systems that support the company’s performance and growth.

Her professional background spans real estate, finance, construction operations, and legal processes, with experience in contract management, financial controls, risk mitigation, and operational structure.

In her role, Amanda focuses on establishing systems, policies, and processes that support efficient project execution, financial discipline, and organizational consistency. She works closely with company leadership to ensure operational structure aligns with project demands, client expectations, and long-term business objectives.

Jason Holland

General Manager

Jason Holland serves as General Manager of Bigger Glass Company, overseeing day-to-day operations with a primary focus on residential projects, team leadership, and customer experience.

In his role, Jason works closely with installers and field staff to ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with client expectations. He maintains a visible presence in the field, supporting teams and helping projects progress smoothly from start to finish.

Jason plays an integral part on the residential side of the business, including job evaluations, project quoting, and client consultations. He is known for his ability to communicate clearly, build trust with customers, and provide practical, solutions-focused guidance throughout the project process.

In addition to his field and client-facing responsibilities, Jason collaborates with company leadership on operational planning and process improvement initiatives that support consistent service and long-term growth.

Office Manager

Morgan Mincey serves as Office Manager at Bigger Glass Company, supporting daily operations and helping ensure projects move smoothly from initial contact through completion.

In her role, Morgan manages incoming communications, schedules project evaluations, coordinates timelines, and tracks projects throughout each phase of the process. She works closely with customers, field teams, and company leadership to keep communication clear, organized, and consistent.

Morgan also supports broader operational coordination, helping maintain organization across office functions and company resources. Her attention to detail, reliability, and strong sense of accountability make her a trusted point of contact for both clients and staff.
